Job Description

The Associate Leasing will play a pivotal role in supporting leasing activities across the RMZ portfolio. This includes maintaining active engagement

with brokers, consultants, and tenants, coordinating internally to drive transactions, and ensuring timely execution of all lease-related documentation.

The role requires a combination of relationship management, market intelligence, and execution excellence, along with the ability to represent the

RMZ brand in industry forums.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leasing Execution & Coordination

Maintain constant contact with brokers, consultants, and tenants to ensure timely execution of leases, amendments, temporary leases, and

terminations, if required.

Coordinate closely with internal teams (legal, design, operations, finance, etc.) to facilitate smooth leasing processes.

Support the evaluation of lease, assist in negotiations, and prepare transaction documentation.

Track leasing pipelines, follow up on leads, and maintain updated records in the leasing database.

2. Market Research & Analysis

Assist in preparing leasing feasibility analyses, market surveys, and projections during property acquisition due diligence periods.

Collect, organize, and analyze information on market conditions, tenant demand, and competitor activities.

Prepare market intelligence reports for management review.

3. Marketing & Brand Promotion

Support in developing and implementing marketing strategies at the portfolio, segment, and company levels.

Assist in organizing and participating in domestic and international exhibitions, symposiums, and networking events to promote RMZ and its

project offerings.

4. Relationship Management

Help build and maintain relationships with existing tenants and prospective clients in the region.

Maintain a database of key tenant contacts, brokers, and consultants.

Respond promptly to tenant queries and coordinate resolutions with internal stakeholders.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the Development, legal, and property management teams to streamline lease-related processes and operations.

Support the team in strategic decision-making with timely data and accurate documentation.
