Associate/Sr. Associate - Corporate Innovation, Delivery

T-Hub is looking for a driven and execution-focused professional to manage accelerator and innovation programs with corporates, startups, and global ecosystem partners.

The role involves end-to-end program execution, stakeholder management, startup engagement, reporting, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced innovation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of corporate and international accelerator programs, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and KPIs are met.
• Act as the primary SPOC for corporates, startups, mentors, and ecosystem partners.
• Drive startup onboarding, engagement, mentor coordination, and progress tracking.
• Maintain program documentation, reports, trackers, dashboards, and client updates.
• Collaborate across internal teams (partnerships, marketing, ops, legal, finance) and manage execution escalations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Management, or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience in program management, corporate innovation, accelerators/incubators, consulting, or startup ecosystem roles.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and execution capabilities.
• Experience working with startups, corporates, or innovation programs is preferred.

Skills & Tools

• Strong ownership, coordination, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
• Familiarity with CRM/project tools like Salesforce, Asana, Monday.com, or MS Project
• Exposure to Power BI/Tableau is a plus
• PMP/Agile certifications preferred
