Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Associate Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products through systematic testing and process improvement. The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams to plan, execute, and automate test cases while contributing to continuous integration and deployment initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on functional and technical requirements. Participate in test planning, estimation, and strategy discussions. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Identify, log, and track defects using standard defect management tools. Perform regression, integration, and system testing across multiple environments. Work with CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and continuous testing processes. Contribute to quality metrics, test documentation, and release readiness reports. Required Skills: Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (manual and automation). Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, Postman, or similar. Good knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum practices. Basic understanding of SQL, API testing, and version control (Git). Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Good to Have: Experience in automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or Robot Framework. Exposure to performance testing and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, etc.). ISTQB certification or equivalent QA credentials.
