  • Conducts initial outreach to qualified candidates, informing them of the available opportunities and assessing their interest

  • Reviews and screens resumes to identify candidates that meet the job qualifications and company culture fit for the available managerial and specialist roles

  • Conducts thorough initial screening calls with candidates to assess their qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit

  • Reaches out to passive and active candidates via phone, email, LinkedIn messages, as well as direct face-to-face interaction to discuss potential job opportunities and candidate's long-term career goals

  • Conducts regular market analysis on mid to senior roles staffing to stay informed on candidate availability, salary trends, and industry hiring practices

  • Participates in recruitment-related special projects, such as internship programs or job fairs for talents in the area of engineering, IT, health, finance, sales and marketing, HR, legal, office and administrative support

  • Ad dresses issues that arise during the recruitment process and supports the actions for improvement

Grade Descriptor

  • Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline

  • Performs assignments using existing procedures

  • Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline

  • Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines

  • Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding
