Associate / Specialist, Software Technology

KLA's eBeam Division is seeking a passionate Associate / Specialist, Software Technology to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, customer-critical software solutions that directly impact semiconductor manufacturing and fuel next-generation technological advancements. We're looking for a big-picture thinker with strong computer science fundamentals and a drive to deliver indispensable value to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead feature development, contribute, and collaborate in developing end-to-end software from requirements to delivery.
  • Analyze and address complex requirements in current software systems for usability and performance.
  • Develop prototypes and work on solutions for new concepts.
  • Uncover root causes, devise, and drive innovative analyses to solve difficult problems that span whole systems or organizations.
  • Apply optimal architecture principles and design scalable solutions for multiple products.
  • Advocate for and apply clean coding practices, ensuring high-performing code.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in working with Microsoft .Net and/or C++ programming.
  • Solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) fundamentals.
  • Good debugging skills in a complex software setup involving multi-process/multiple systems in a Windows environment, with strong OS concepts.
  • Thorough knowledge of SDLC and software engineering practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

  • BE/BS/BTech degree.
