Associate Specialist, Marketing & Communications

Responsibilities

• Support market research, including data gathering, analysis and preparation of insight summaries.
• Assist in developing marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, and sales enablement materials)
• Coordinate digital media activities, including content calendars and performance tracking.
• Assist with website content updates and maintenance of marketing assets.
• Support planning and execution of trade shows, customer events and industry engagements.
• Work with agencies, vendors and research partners to track deliverables and timelines.
• Support preparation of marketing dashboards, reports and management updates.
  
  

Required Skills

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships.
• Written and Verbal proficiency in English and Hindi
• Good research, analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
  
  

Preferable:

• Exposure to B2B, industrial, technology or manufacturing marketing.
• Experience with market research, social media, content development or marketing agencies.
• Familiarity with Adobe tools, LinkedIn or analytics platforms.
