-University degree holder in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

- Basic knowledge of Health Technology Assessment (HTA), especially with the following HTA bodies: C2H/HIRA/CDE/NICE/ACE.

- Knowledge on any of these regulatory bodies PMDA (Japan)/MFDS (Korea)/NMPA (China) and reimbursement agencies: NRDL (China)/MHLW (Japan)

- Basic to working knowledge of IT and automation concepts and Willingness to upskill in AI, automation, and digital tools to support ongoing operational transformation initiatives.

- Good communication skills with excellent interpersonal and team-working skills and strong written, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Able to adapt, learn quickly, and apply new knowledge.

- An effective team worker with time management skills.
