Associate Specialist - Engineer Applications

Required Skills:

• BE/B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA/Degree in Computer Science
• Strong understanding of IGA (Identity, Governance and Administration). Hands on Experience with one or more of the of IGA Products will be an added advantage (ISIM, SailPoint, IGI, Oracle IDM etc)
• Strong knowledge of IIS Application Server, Microsoft SQL Database.
• Basic knowledge of directory services i.e. Microsoft Active Directory or LDAP administration
• Good programming and scripting skills such as PowerShell, JavaScript, VB Script etc.
• Experience with web technologies such as SOAP, REST, etc.
• Understanding of enterprise security and auditing requirements will be added advantage
• Administer, manage and maintain IGA Solutions
• Troubleshoot problems and respond to escalations, and perform RCA and fix issues as needed
• Be the technical liaison and the escalation point between client teams and the ISSQUARED offshore/onshore team
• Strong knowledge of business process
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to do customer demos and presentation skills

Nice to have skills:

• .NET development/support Experience
• Familiarity with build processes and environments, product release cycles will be of good value add

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, manage, maintain ISSQ products. Align new and existing applications and systems to IAM/RBAC framework, develop workflows, setup IAM rules and policies.
• Provide technical and governance oversight on the ISSQ projects. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the analysis, design and implementation of ISSQ products, estimate timelines and be responsible for their successful delivery while meeting the overall security and integrity of the solution.
• Monitor operational and performance statistics for managed systems to ensure reliability and availability, perform preventative maintenance, and automate routine procedures.
• Create and maintain documentation such as requirement/design documents, operational drawings, standard operating procedures, manuals, etc.
• Be the technical liaison and the escalation point between client teams and the ISSQUARED offshore/onshore team.
• Should develop good knowledge and understanding of the ISSQ products
• Should be able to interact directly with the customer teams independently and efficiently.
• Should be able to engage with customer to understand business requirements
• Responsible to handle product incidents raised by customer
• Coordinate with Customer to collect problem details and logs
• Use troubleshooting debugging techniques and tools to analyze the problems
• Engage development teams for issues that need resolution through code fixes
• Prepare and present report of incidents to the management periodically
• Should be flexible to work in different shifts
• Support priority product issues in customer environment during off hours
• The position requires after hours responsibilities.
