Job Summary
As a Sourcing Manager within the Non-Technology Sourcing team, you will be responsible for sourcing, contracting, and execution for third-party supplier spend across Non-Technology categories. You will work closely with Global Category Managers and Directors to develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to coordinate with sourcing leads and vendor management teams globally. You will manage all aspects of sourcing events and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Your expertise will help drive cost reduction and operational excellence within the organization.
Job responsibilities
- Lead and execute market-facing category strategies, sourcing plans, and supplier spend management initiatives within assigned categories.
- Conduct comprehensive cost and spend analyses to identify savings opportunities and drive cost reduction through competitive RFx processes.
- Manage all aspects of sourcing events, collaborating with Line of Business (LOB) clients and stakeholders to define requirements.
- Identify, qualify, and oversee supplier management activities, including spend tracking, segmentation, capability analysis, and rationalization.
- Design and execute competitive sourcing processes, evaluating supplier proposals to present options aligned with business needs.
- Lead commercial term negotiations, including P&L considerations and operationalizing early payment discount (EPD) contracts.
- Manage the contract lifecycle process, including Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms, gap analysis, and recommendations with support from legal counsel.
- Partner with regional sourcing colleagues, local and internal stakeholders, and in-house Legal, Risk, and Finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedural guidelines, and appropriate purchasing channels.
- Identify new service opportunities to address or anticipate LOB needs and demonstrate subject matter expertise in assigned categories.
- Conduct supplier due diligence, spend analysis, vendor rationalization programs, and develop and execute sourcing strategies for complex transactions.

- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end sourcing processes, including competitive bidding.
- Strong sourcing and process knowledge across regions, with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with all levels of management across regions.
- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Advanced financial analysis abilities, including Excel proficiency and data interpretation.
- Commitment to in-office attendance expectations, afternoon shift availability, and policy and procedural compliance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in supplier evaluation and onboarding, with proactive engagement to identify value-added opportunities and develop comprehensive sourcing strategies.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in security equipment procurement, manned guarding, or real estate procurement.
- Familiarity with global procurement practices and commercial contract terms, including negotiations.
- Ability to conduct market research, perform supplier analysis, and synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Experience with automation tools (such as Python, AI, Tableau) is a plus.
