About the Role - Associate - Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate - Solutions Analyst to join our dynamic Sales Delivery team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and executing key operational workflows that support high-impact Proof of Concept (PoC) projects and data enrichment initiatives for enterprise clients.

You'll work on real-world data problems, project management, contribute to process automation, and help streamline complex delivery pipelines.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about using data and automation to solve operational challenges, and who are looking to build a strong foundation and knowledge in APIs, data operations, analytics, program management and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll be doing

• Automation & Efficiency
• Streamline data processing and enrichment operations.
• Identify repetitive tasks and automate workflows.
• Data Enrichment & Execution
• Run Python-based scripts for querying, validating, and enriching datasets.
• Assist in quality assurance for deliverables.
• Program Management
• Plan, track & deliver large projects for key enterprise customers spanning few weeks to months
• Track & deliver key organizational deliverables on a weekly basis
• Reporting & Insights
• Clean, consolidate, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Prepare PoC summaries and structured reports to highlight key findings, trends, and client-relevant insights.
• Turnaround Time (TAT) Management
• Track ongoing PoC and data enrichment deliveries.
• Proactively escalate delays or bottlenecks to ensure timely output.
• Tracking & Issue Management
• Log issues systematically and raise Jira tickets as required.
• Support in improving efficiency and uptime of Bureau APIs and Platform.

What You'll Bring

• Bring 13 years of experience in data or analytics roles where you've worked on data processing, automation, reporting, and cross-functional project delivery in fast-paced, operational environments.
• Decent knowledge of Python, including Pandas, NumPy, API integrations and Prompt Engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift, Athena or equivalent).
• Strong hands-on experience with Excel and managing large datasets.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Prompt, reliable, and able to take ownership of deliverables.
