The opportunity

Support the technical team on real delivery work — development, testing, debugging and documentation — across web, mobile and backend, alongside senior developers. Structure: 3 months unpaid training, then a performance-based stipend of 5,000–10,000 a month for 3 months, then eligibility for a permanent role from 3 LPA.

What you'll do

• Assist in software development and application support activities.
• Work on web, mobile, or backend development tasks based on project requirements.
• Support coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Coordinate with senior developers and project teams.
• Learn and work on technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or SQL.
• Participate in project discussions, requirement understanding, and task execution.
• Support internal product development and client-based project activities.

Must-have qualifications

4 REQUIRED

• Basic programming knowledge.
• Understanding of web development or software development concepts.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good problem-solving attitude.

Nice to have

3 PREFERRED

• Knowledge of Git, databases, APIs, or cloud basics.
• Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React.
• Familiarity with Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or SQL.
