Associate Software Engineer – Full Stack (AI/Agentic Systems)

About Us

The Jobs Jungle is a fast-growing HR-tech company running two connected businesses — a Staffing & Recruitment Agency and an AI-powered Recruitment Platform. We've built our own ATS and Pre-ATS Studio from scratch, and we're now scaling the engineering team building the next layer: AI agents that make hiring faster and smarter for mid-size and Enterprise companies.

The Role

We're hiring an Associate Software Engineer to work full stack across our platform — building features, shipping AI agents, and getting hands-on with a product that's evolving in real time. No legacy codebase baggage, no bureaucracy.

What You'll Work On

• Building and maintaining full-stack features across our ATS and Pre-ATS Studio
• Developing and integrating AI/Agentic AI workflows into the recruitment product
• Working across backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (TypeScript)
• Building and managing data with MongoDB
• Containerizing and deploying services with Docker
• Working with Firebase and AWS for infrastructure and auth

Requirements

• Fresh IT graduate from a top-tier university -2026 batch
• Genuine curiosity about AI agents and LLM-based systems — coursework, projects, or self-taught, we care about proof of interest
• Must be based in Bengaluru with full remote possibility from Bengaluru
