About the Role

We are looking for passionate and driven Graduate Software Developers to join our engineering team. As a fresher developer, you will work on designing, building, and maintaining software applications across frontend, backend, or full-stack development. You will be involved in real-time coding, feature development, debugging, and continuous learning of modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy software features with guidance from senior developers.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code following best practices.

- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.

- Work on both frontend and backend components depending on project needs.

- Collaborate with product, QA, and UI/UX teams for seamless feature delivery.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across various environments.

- Learn new frameworks, tools, and technologies continuously.

Required Technical Skills (Tech-Agnostic)

- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, OOP, data structures, and algorithms.

- Hands-on knowledge in at least one programming language: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Go, PHP, Kotlin, or C++.

- Understanding of full development lifecycle: requirements coding testing deployment.

- Familiarity with:

- Frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Backend basics: REST APIs, database concepts (SQL/NoSQL)

- Version control: Git/GitHub/GitLab

- Ability to learn new tech stacks quickly.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent fields.
