About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our engineering team. As a GET, you will work closely with senior engineers and project leads to learn, contribute, and grow within the organization. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to build a strong foundation in engineering and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining engineering solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
- Perform basic analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Support senior engineers in day-to-day tasks and project activities.
- Participate in training programs to learn company tools, processes, and best practices.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with accuracy and quality.
- Follow safety, compliance, and organizational guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (CSE, IT, ECE, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc. as per requirement).
- Strong fundamentals in engineering concepts.
- Basic understanding of software tools, coding, or domain-specific technologies (based on role).
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship experience in relevant domain.
- Familiarity with engineering tools, software, or industry practices.
- Certification in related technologies is a plus.
