Role Overview

We are seeking anAssociate Software Engineerto support software implementation and delivery activities for our clients. This is anentry-level roleideal for candidates looking to build a career insoftware implementation, solution delivery, and customer-facing technical roles.

The role includes a3-month probationary period, designed to provide hands-on exposure to the software services industry. This position blendsbusiness analysiswithtechnical configuration, offeringa strong foundationfor long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assistin the implementation and configuration of software solutions for clients
• Support senior engineers during project execution and deployments
• Understand client requirements and help translate them into system configurations
• Perform basic data setup, validation, and testing (UAT support)
• Participate in product, domain, and process training sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Basic understanding of software applications, databases, or web technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and business processes
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Exposure to SaaS platforms or enterprise applications
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or scripting
• Familiarity with ITSM, CRM, ERP, or similar systems
• Internship or academic project experience in software implementation or support

Outcome & Growth

Engineers whodemonstrateconsistent performance, learning agility, and cultural alignmentduring the probation period will be considered for confirmation as aJunior Engineer or other suitable Technical Engineer role, based on skillset and business needs at Hectae Analytics.

Post-confirmation, you will work onreal-world implementations, customizations, and client project rollouts, gaining direct exposure to enterprise-scale systems.
