Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Associate Software Engineer – Flutter with 1–2 yearr of experience in developing mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the Flutter framework and Dart language, and a strong willingness to grow in a collaborative environment. You'll be working closely with senior developers, designers, and product teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and application enhancements.
  • Participate in the full mobile app development lifecycle: requirements gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues, working under the guidance of senior developers.
  • Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and device compatibility.
  • Follow coding standards, participate in code reviews, and learn best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development, especially in Flutter and Dart.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and scalable codebase with proper documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Hands-on experience developing mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Proficient in Dart and familiar with mobile development tools like Android Studio and Xcode.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
  • Familiarity with version control tools, especially Git.
  • Understanding of basic mobile app architecture, performance, and security best practices.
  • Exposure to state management techniques such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Knowledge of mobile app security principles and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
