About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Associate - Social Media Marketing to lead and manage social media strategy, content, and performance for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social platforms, creating engaging content, collaborating with creative teams, and driving measurable growth. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong knowledge of digital trends.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Plan monthly content calendars, campaign ideas, and engagement strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis, social listening, and trend research.
Content Development
- Collaborate with designers and writers to create high-quality, engaging content.
- Write compelling copy for posts, reels, ads, and stories.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and updates across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and manage online community interactions.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns, promotions, and brand announcements.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, lead generation, and conversions.
- Analyze insights and adjust strategies for improved performance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for internal teams and clients.
Campaign Execution
- Plan and run paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative and SEO/SEM teams for integrated digital campaigns.
- Work with influencers and creators for brand collaborations and UGC content.
Client Communication
- Participate in client meetings, present reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of all major social platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent copywriting and content planning skills.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of paid social (boosting & ads management).
- Creative thinking with a good sense of visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Proven experience handling multiple brand accounts and executing end-to-end social strategies.
