Associate SME - Wintel & Virtualization (WV1)

Role Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and manage various OS-related issues, including WSUS, AV, DNS, and GP Templates.
• Resolve complex issues escalated from L2 engineers and prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents.
• Coordinate with Data Center and TAC teams to resolve unresolved incidents.
• Represent RFCs in the change advisory board and ensure SLA compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Any Graduate (Engineering/Science)
• MCSE, VCP, AZ-104 certifications
• Strong experience with IIS, DNS, RHEL, and Windows Server
• Excellent troubleshooting and process compliance skills
