Associate SME - EndPoint Management

Role Responsibilities:

• Design, optimize, and manage SCCM infrastructure, including client settings, distribution points, and site servers.
• Lead mobile device management (MDM) through Microsoft Intune, configuring security policies, device settings, and compliance rules.
• Package, deploy, and manage software applications, updates, and patches using SCCM, focusing on automation and efficient deployment strategies.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting support for SCCM and Intune-related issues, conducting root cause analysis and offering Level 3 support.
• Maintain detailed documentation on configurations, best practices, and report on system performance to management.

Job Requirements:

• Any graduate with hands-on experience in SCCM and Intune management.
• IT certifications such as Microsoft Certification for SCCM and Intune administration are mandatory.
• Expertise in patch management, automation, and operating system deployment with advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide customer support in IT-related issues, especially in banking and enterprise environments.
