Hardware and Network:

1. Troubleshoot reachability issues. Validate hardware errors by the use of Show commands and verifying.

2. Communicate with vendors, OEM for replacements, upgrade of HW and application.

3. Troubleshoot issues independently and guide the team members for resolution.

4. Handle situations during incidents while communicating with the business.

VPN:

1. Configuring VPN tunnels and hashing algorithm understanding.

2. Perform changes upon request, document and educate the team on the changes.

3. Packet captures on VPN device and end user devices.

Proxy:

1. Install and setup proxy servers according to the customer`s requirement.

2. Acquire knowledge on the entire environment, document and transfer the same through trainings.

Firewall

1. Install and setup Firewall according to the customer environment (Customization).

2. Optimization of the rule sets.

3. Triage with different teams to implement new projects.

4. Multitenant Architecture, application security architecture.

Load Balancing

1. Differentiate - Local Traffic Manager and Global Traffic Manager.

2. Install and setup Load Balancing as per the customer`s requirements (Customization).

3. Configure custom load balancing rules (Ex: I rules).

4. Triage with the server teams to identify and isolate nodes.

Technical Skills:

1. Network components and devices

2. VPN connection security

4. Firewalls

5. Network load balancing
