About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Associate Service Consultant to manage and support our B2B clients. The role involves handling renewals, attending and making client calls, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with B2B clients.
- Handle service/policy renewals and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Make outbound calls to clients for renewals, follow-ups, and service updates.
- Attend inbound client calls and address queries effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and service support.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the system.
Requirements:
- 03 years of experience in client servicing / customer support / B2B coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B client handling.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
