Job Title: Associate Service Consultant – Investment (CRT Underwriting)

Compensation: 3 LPA – 4.5 LPA + Performance Incentives
Role Overview
The Associate Service Consultant – Investment (CRT Underwriting) will be responsible for managing underwriting and investment servicing operations, reviewing customer documentation, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. The role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate case processing.
The candidate will play a key role in customer verification, underwriting support, documentation review, and service operations within the investment and insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process underwriting and investment-related cases in accordance with company policies and operational guidelines
- Verify customer documentation and ensure compliance with KYC and AML standards
- Assess customer profiles and identify underwriting-related risks or discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal departments and support teams for case resolution and process completion
- Maintain accuracy and quality in underwriting decisions and documentation review
- Handle service requests and operational queries related to investment and underwriting processes
- Ensure timely turnaround of assigned cases while maintaining service quality standards
- Escalate critical issues, discrepancies, or non-compliance cases to the appropriate stakeholders
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience

Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in underwriting, investment operations, insurance servicing, or related operational roles
- Prior exposure to KYC and AML compliance processes is preferred
Language Requirement:
- Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in investment operations or insurance underwriting support
- Ability to manage multiple cases with high accuracy and efficiency
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards within the BFSI sector
