Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of client organizations, their industries, and hiring requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across multiple clients
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn headhunting, job portals, and networking
- Identify and close niche and hard-to-fill technical roles
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure consistent communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality hiring outcomes
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and talent market insights
What We're Looking For
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes
- Expertise in candidate sourcing and headhunting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Passion for recruitment and talent engagement
