The Opportunity: Lead Our Sales Growth in EdTech

Inmakes Infotech is a leading technology and education company committed to delivering innovative solutions through our e-learning platform, Inmakes Learning Hub. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Senior Manager - Sales to join our team in Kochi.

Reporting directly to the CEO , this pivotal role requires a blend of leadership, analytical thinking, and customer-centricity to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and mentor our sales staff. If you have a proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets, we want you to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do):
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales managers to consistently meet performance targets.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities to expand our market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to ensure team development and high ethical standards.

Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications):

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a dedicated leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Preferred Background: Experience in B2C or EdTech sales is a significant advantage.
  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to meet or consistently exceed demanding sales targets.
