Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Associate/Senior Engineer - App Development to create cutting-edge applications and mentor high-achieving scholars to co-develop these applications. This is a unique opportunity to build innovative applications to inspire future engineers while working on innovative projects at the intersection of mobile development and artificial intelligence.

This role is open across multiple locations: Gurgaon,Mumbai, Bangalore. Candidates in these cities or willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build diverse and innovative applications (50-60 applications per year)
• Apply cutting-edge technologies and AI tools to streamline the build and deployment process (Implement prompt engineering techniques, etc.)
• Guide students through integrating AI and machine learning models into mobile applications.
• Assist in developing backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Teach and implement prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI model interactions within applications.
• Support scholars in utilizing AI tools for code generation, UI/UX design, and content creation.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance scholars proficiency in relevant technologies.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript for mobile application development.
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Knowledge of mobile application deployment processes for iOS and Android platforms.

AI & Prompt Engineering

• Experience integrating AI/ML models into mobile applications.
• Understanding of prompt engineering techniques to enhance AI model outputs.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as OpenAI, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Ability to guide scholars in using AI for tasks like code generation, UI/UX design, and content creation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 Engineering College in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in mobile application development using React Native.
• Strong understanding of integrating AI technologies into mobile applications.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to a diverse audience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mentoring or teaching, especially in academic settings.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
