Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage cloud cost optimization strategies across AWS and GCP environments.
Leverage native cloud services (AWS Cost Explorer, CUR, GCP Billing, Recommender, Rightsizing, etc.) for monitoring, analysis, and optimization.
Collaborate with engineering and finance teams to drive FinOps best practices.
Analyze cloud usage patterns and recommend actionable savings opportunities.
Automate cost reporting, alerting, and optimization workflows.
Evaluate and integrate third-party cost optimization tools as needed.
Support and enhance our in-house Auto Park solution for cloud cost management.
Stay updated with the latest cloud pricing models, discounts, and optimization techniques.

Requirements

46 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of cloud billing, cost management, and optimization services (e.g., AWS CUR, Cost Explorer, Savings Plans, GCP Billing, Recommender, Rightsizing).
Experience implementing or working with cloud cost optimization tools (native or third-party).
Good knowledge of FinOps principles and practices.
Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree.
