Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Institutional Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Indian Educational Institutions to ensure repeat and new programme launches align with the business plan.
  • Programme Launch Coordination: Develop programme launch timelines and Programme Description Sheets (PDS) for planned programmes, securing approvals from internal and external stakeholders
  • Approval and Documentation Management: Compile information and obtain necessary approvals for:
  • Programme PDS, marketing collaterals, PR articles, newsletters, etc.
  • Programme updates on the institution's website and social media handles.
  • Facilitate the approval and e-signing process for PDS/amendments with the institution.
  • Stakeholder Communication: To regularly meet(Online) with School MDP/LDP/CEP SPOCs and Programme Directors to ensure clear communication throughout the pre- and post-launch phases.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide consistent programme progress updates to the institution's administrative department.
  • Query Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for programme-related queries from leads, participants, and internal teams, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Launch Tracking: Continuously monitor and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless and timely programme launches in alignment with the business plan.
  • Collateral Review: Conduct thorough reviews of programme brochures before sharing them with the institution for approval.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or Post Graduate minimum 0-2 years of relevant EdTech domain experience.
  • Strong English linguistic skills- Reading, Writing and Speaking
  • Should have robust record-keeping and documentation skills
  • Stronghold on MS Office
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
