Associate / Senior Associate- Occupier Consulting

Job Description

• You will be responsible for working on Proposals / pitches (RFPs), client consulting documents andinternal best practice tools. Presentation skills need to be top notch
• A high level of data interpretation, strategy development and solution / business case development are required
• Critical thinking and the ability to solve problems via the case method will be integral to fulfillingyour duties within the team
• Ability to co-ordinate and work with teams across different cities and countries is essential
• Basic Financial analysis is a value add
• A strong commitment to and interest in both secondary and primary research is essential
• A commitment to high quality deliverables is essential. We work in a high impact Industry, and ourclients expect nothing short of exceptional deliverables
• Candidates with 1-1.5 years of relevant work experience (consulting) are encouraged to apply

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Architecture or Engineering preferred
• MBA from Top institute
