We are looking for an experienced and qualified LLB graduate to join us as an In-House Counsel. The focus of this role is on managing litigation matters, knowledge of Indian labor laws and corporate laws.

  • Reviewing the terms and conditions of various contracts (Staffing, Direct Hire, Managed Services) and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Resolving queries regarding contract obligations and revisions.
  • Advising on workarounds for contract roadblocks and solutions to mitigate contract risks.
  • Standardizing, improvising and vetting of various client and vendor agreements / contracts.
  • Understanding complex contracts and breaking down the issues based on criticality level and suggesting solutions.
  • Partnering effectively with external counsel.
  • Ensuring that all legal matters are addressed efficiently and promptly.
  • Preparing reports and keeping a track of all the exceptions, for the perusal of the senior management.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
  • Graduate in Law (LLB) or equivalent with desired experience of 4 years.
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Attention to details.
  • Organization/Coordination skills
