Job Description

Digantara is a leading Space Surveillance and Intelligence company focused on ensuring orbital safety and sustainability. With expertise in space-based detection, tracking, identification, and monitoring, Digantara provides comprehensive domain awareness across regimes, allowing end users to have actionable intelligence on a single platform.

At the core of its infrastructure lies a sophisticated integration of hardware and software capabilities aligned with the key principles of situational awareness: perception (data collection), comprehension (data processing), and prediction (analytics). This holistic approach empowers Digantara to monitor all Resident Space Objects (RSOs) in orbit, fostering comprehensive domain awareness.

  • Drive follow-through on strategic decisions across engineering, R&D, product, operations, and business teams.
  • Support the Founder in evaluating new opportunities, partnerships, technologies, and strategic initiatives.

Technology Program Leadership

  • Partner with Space Systems Engineering, Payload Development, Ground Systems, Data Science, AI/ML, Product, and Software Engineering teams.
  • Drive cross-functional programs involving satellite payloads, sensor systems, orbital deployments, software platforms, and data infrastructure.

  • Ensure alignment between product roadmap, mission requirements, technology priorities, and engineering execution.
  • Monitor program health across development, system integration, testing, deployment, and operations.
  • Identify cross-functional dependencies and ensure timely resolution of execution bottlenecks.

Ideal Candidate

  • Exposure to Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, or strategic execution roles is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in high-growth startups, scale-ups, or fast-paced tech companies is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of complex engineering and technology systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional programs and drive execution in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and systems-thinking capabilities.
