Job Title: Associate / Sr. Associate – Customer Service/Customer Support

Location: North Goa

aExperience: 0–5 Years (Freshers can apply)

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client queries, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering a seamless customer experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client queries/tickets and ensure resolution within defined SLAs
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipment deliveries and issue resolution
  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding operational updates, delays, or challenges
  • Provide accurate information about company products/services and assist clients with their queries
  • Manage customer escalations, conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and provide effective solutions
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams for process and product improvements
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to enhancing overall customer experience

Requirements

  • 0–5 years of experience in customer service/customer support
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment (80+ calls/day)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environent
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ticketing/CRM tools is a plus
