Job Title: Associate / Sr. Associate – Customer Service/Customer Support

About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client queries, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering a seamless customer experience
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client queries/tickets and ensure resolution within defined SLAs
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipment deliveries and issue resolution
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding operational updates, delays, or challenges
- Provide accurate information about company products/services and assist clients with their queries
- Manage customer escalations, conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and provide effective solutions
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions
- Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams for process and product improvements
- Identify process gaps and contribute to enhancing overall customer experience
Requirements
- 0–5 years of experience in customer service/customer support
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (spoken and written)
- Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment (80+ calls/day)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environent
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ticketing/CRM tools is a plus
