Experience Requirements

We are looking for professionals with 3 to 10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Programme Management, particularly for large-scale or public sector projects
• Business Process Re-engineering
• Digital PMO design and delivery
• Contract management
• Cost and schedule optimization
• Implementation of digital tools in capital projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification

Preferred Background

• Prior experience in management consulting is a strong advantage
• Experience in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, or manufacturing is preferred
