The Associate / Senior Associate – Corporate Development will support Digantara's inorganic growth strategy through mergers & acquisitions, strategic investments, partnerships, and capital initiatives that strengthen the company's technology and market position.
Ideal Candidate
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, M&A advisory, or strategy consulting.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or executing M&A transactions, including at least one completed deal.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities with a strategic mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the full transaction lifecycle, including target identification, valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and integration.
- Develop financial models covering valuation, comparable companies, precedent transactions, and scenario analyses.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to evaluate acquisition and partnership opportunities.
- Prepare investment memorandums, board materials, and strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate diligence activities across legal, commercial, technical, and financial workstreams.
- Support capital-raising initiatives, investor communications, and strategic partnership assessments.
- Maintain visibility into the M&A pipeline and broader strategic opportunity landscape.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or corporate development.
- Prior involvement in at least one completed M&A transaction.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Qualities
- Exposure to cross-border transactions.
- Experience within aerospace, defense, deep-tech, hardware, semiconductor, or technology sectors.
- CFA, CA, MBA, or equivalent qualification.
