Job Description
The Associate/Senior Associate serves as a key member of the team, conducting comprehensive
secondary research, analysing findings and generating insights aligned with internal/client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Research & Analysis - Define problem statement and initial hypothesis, designing an optimal approach for in-depth research. Should be able to structure and present data using relevant frameworks, and generate insights aligned with the requirement and business context
- Project Delivery - Supports production of high-quality client deliverables and final reports, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute complex consulting projects
- Market Analysis - Support comprehensive market assessment and trend analysis across sub-segments, therapy areas to assess market attractiveness, competitive landscapes, pipeline assets and product portfolio, technologies, etc. Should be able to translate complex clinical and commercial data into actionable business insights
- Communication - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and recommendations to internal stakeholders/ clients. Should be able to communicate complex pharmaceutical concepts clearly and persuasively
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (B.Sc/B.Pharm/ B.Tech (Biotech)) required
- Advanced degrees (M.Tech./ M.Pharm./MBA) required
Experience:
- 2-6 years of relevant experience
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with strong capabilities in data visualization, report writing, and slide presentation
- Strong working knowledge of key pharma and medical data sources, including public databases (e.g., ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, FDA, EMA) and commercial platforms (e.g., Citeline, EvaluatePharma, PharmaTell)
- Understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics, regulatory environments, and commercial & competitive factors
Skills & attributes:
- Domain Expertise:
- Hands-on experience in Biopharmaceuticals and Biosimilars consulting and strategy-oriented projects
- Strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences and drug development lifecycle
- Deep understanding of commercialization process, particularly for Biopharmaceuticals and Biosimilars
- Professional Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with active listening capabilities
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
