About the Role

The BIM Associate will support the BIM/VDC team in day-to-day project execution. This rolefocuses on hands-on BIM work including modeling, quality control, documentation, andsupporting senior leads in maintaining high standards across projects.This is a learning-heavy, execution-driven role suited for someone who is technically inclinedand eager to grow in BIM, design technology and automation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in Revit modeling and project setup in BIM360/ACC environments
  • Perform basic model quality checks and support BIM standard implementation
  • Support clash detection workflows and documentation
  • Assist in quantity take-offs and data extraction from Revit models
  • Create and modify Revit families and templates as per project needs
  • Help troubleshoot Revit model issues and support automation workflows
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve BIM-related issues

Education and Desired Qualifications

  • B.Arch/BTech(Structure/Civil/Mechanical) with 0-2 years of experience in Revit
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, including basic family creation
  • Working knowledge of Navisworks and BIM360/ACC environments
  • Basic understanding of BIM workflows and project documentation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage tasks effectively
  • Tech-savvy mindset with interest in BIM, automation, and design technology
  • High learning agility, someone who picks things up quickly and applies them
  • Willingness to take ownership of tasks and improve with feedback
  • Curiosity to explore tools like Dynamo, automation workflows and new BIM technologies
