WE'RE HIRING | OTC BILLING SPECIALIST | MNC

We are looking for experienced professionals for an Order-to-Cash (OTC) – Billing & Invoicing role with a reputed MNC!

Location: Northgate, Yelahanka, Bangalore

CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA

Experience: 3+ years of relevant OTC / Accounts Receivable experience

Shift: US Shift | 6:00 PM – 3:15 AM IST

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or MBA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end OTC billing and invoicing activities within agreed timelines.
• Create, validate, finalize, and send customer invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
• Review contracts, purchase orders, rate cards, billing schedules, and supporting documents before invoice creation.
• Set up and maintain customer projects, contracts, and billing schedules in Workday ERP based on approved Salesforce notifications.
• Process contract amendments, billing adjustments, cancellations, and rebills with proper approvals and documentation.
• Reconcile billing transactions, investigate discrepancies, and resolve system exceptions.
• Handle customer billing queries and coordinate with Sales, Operations, Collections, and Finance teams.
• Maintain billing trackers and prepare billing status, unbilled revenue, exception, and SLA reports.
• Support period-end billing activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely cut-off.
• Follow SOPs and internal controls while meeting quality, productivity, and compliance standards.

Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of experience in OTC / Accounts Receivable, primarily in billing and invoicing.
• Strong understanding of contract-to-bill processes, billing schedules, invoice processing, reconciliations, and credit/debit notes.
• Working knowledge of Workday ERP and exposure to Salesforce.
• Strong Excel skills and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in the US shift: 6:00 PM to 3:15 AM IST.
