Job Description
We are looking for a Learning and Development Associate who can plan, coordinate training programs, maintain database & present reports. Analyze training needs & evaluations. Ensure both online/offline training execution (internal & external) while liaising with various internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Training Calendar & Newsletter
- Consolidate list of Employees and schedule them for the mandate trainings level wise.
- Check & Invite Nominees from TNA for internal Technical, Soft Skills & Leadership Training Program
- Block Monthly Calendar for Trainer & Participants for Open House Sessions
- Maintain On‐Boarding Intervention calendar and send out emails
- Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Managers for Participant Approvals, Confirm Nomination List, Update training schedule, send training details
- Coordinate with Admin & IT for Training Class‐room Set‐Up, Handouts & other admin related arrangements
- Ensure timely collection of Trainer Evaluation, Assessments & Trainee Feedback, sharing training material with the participants- Post training report.
- Ensure Updated calendar & content on SHQ Intranet & Udemy learning pathways
- Coordinate with Internal Trainers for confirmed sessions. Create/ Update Trainer Profiles
- Report Generation
- On‐Boarding‐ Trainee List, 3 Months, 6 Months Intervention Dates and schedules with Invitations
- Internal Training Report‐ List of Participants, Approval Status
- Maintain Attendance sheet with consolidated details and share at the end of every Quarter
- Generate Quarterly Report for Training Analysis
- Freshers & Laterals training schedule execution and report maintenance
- Ensure completion of compliance-based trainings and present tracker/reports
- Department wise monthly/quarterly training reports.
- Create Internal Surveys
- Create internal survey for feedbacks post each training session, consolidate and generate report
- Send poll/ survey for gathering open decision forum results
- E-learning Portals
- Ensure certification/learning assigning to nominees on portals as EC-council, Immersive labs, IBM labs, Udemy & more.
- Ensure completion with defined timelines and share weekly reports with Managers
- Creating learning pathways on Udemy/Linkedin Learning.
- Ensure Mandate & compliance training completion quarterly.
- Rewards & Recognition
- Analyze & announce RNR monthly/quarterly
- Maintain the database and manage the reward system/process.

Education Requirements & Experience
- Any Graduate (PG- MBA preferred)
- Freshers to 2 years of relevant experience
- Good written and verbal communication

- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with stakeholders
- Ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Excellent MS Office skills
