Qualification: B.E. Computer Science/IT degree (or any other engineering discipline)
Work Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Position Requirement:
Strong proficiency in TypeScript for writing and maintaining automated test scripts
Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar end-to-end testing frameworks
Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines for test automation integration
Proficiency with BrowserStack or similar cloud-based testing platforms for cross-browser testing
Deep understanding of QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and industry best practices
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment
Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker for test environment management
Familiarity with performance testing and monitoring tools
Experience with test data management and test environment setup
Understanding of accessibility testing standards and tools
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/scrum methodologies
Experience with test reporting and analytics dashboards
Role & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TypeScript and Playwright within our QA Automation Framework
Implement and manage cross-browser and cross-platform testing strategies using BrowserStack
Integrate automated tests into GitLab CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers to understand application features and create comprehensive test cases
Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and provide detailed reports on software quality metrics
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies, ensuring timely resolution
Participate in code reviews for test automation scripts and provide constructive feedback
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, frameworks, and best practices
Monitor and optimize test execution performance and reliability across different environments
