- Coordinate activities associated with Order Management.
- Recognize potential risks or threats and suggest appropriate actions.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and timelines.
- Handle queries through calls and email follow-ups.
- Work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.
