Responsible for deliveries of Pharma/Personal care export products.
Receipt of demand from Marketing and releasing the RM & PM PR's for export products as per Sales order requirements.
Follow-up with QC for releasing the Material, Purchase and Agrotech for receipt of material as per scheduled plan.
Scheduling Material requirement plan (MRP) for Pharma export products to procure all the inputs required for Manufacturing FG.
Allocating production plan to manufacturing facilities based on analysing their production capacities.
Analysing Procurement proposal against Material requirement planning in SAP & releasing Purchase Requisition (PR) within 1day of MRP run for all the inputs like Actives, Raw & Packaging materials required for manufacturing Pharma export products at HDC.
Based on sales orders, Raw and Packing materials delivery status to be reviewed with Procurement team for on time delivery of materials for Production.
Follow-up with production team and stores in charges for material dispensing and product delivery on time.
STO generation for arranging materials from DD & BRC and follow-up for dispatching the same.
Generation of Process orders in SAP, for providing indents to production for SFG & FG as per the plan to deliver the products as per the sales orders placed.
Continuously monitoring & Reviewing of Non-moving input materials for Pharma exports & liquidation of the same.
Materials planning for any new products launch.
Co-ordinating with Marketing department for their priority of products, as per Market requirement, accordingly Preponement/ Postponement of Production Plan & revision of Bill of material on swift basis wherever changes are proposed.
Co-ordinating with production, QA, QC and other supporting departments daily to update on the production status & ensure deliverance of products as per the due dates.
