Job Description

Hands-on experience across Upstream Processing, Primary Downstream Processing, and Drug Substance manufacturing, including end to end technology transfer support.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate unit operation details with cross functional teams (CFTs) and manufacturing stakeholders.
Proven track record of supporting exhibit batch execution, including development scale up batches, clinical trial (CT) material, and Process Performance Qualification (PPQ) batches, with a strong focus on ensuring batch to batch consistency, process robustness, and successful technology transfer.
Thorough understanding of raw materials, resins and consumables used in down-stream operations and preparation of Specifications and testing procedures, performance of use test for bulk release for downstream manufacturing requirements.
Hands on experience on protein purification, chromatography, TFF, buffers and reagents preparation
Maintenance of lab equipment and logbooks
Basic understanding of data analysis pertaining to downstream processing.
Work planning and able to take decision related to daily work.
Writing of Tech transfer documents including R&D technical documentation, raw material specifications, and justification of specification. Preparation of SOPs, MOAs and development reports and method transfer to other lab
