Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven, resourceful, and execution-oriented Associate to work closely with the founder across business, client projects, operations, and growth initiatives. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving diverse problems, and can seamlessly switch between strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support live consulting projects through research, analysis, documentation, and execution
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and client leads
• Assist in business development, outreach, client communication, and follow-ups
• Create presentations, proposals, reports, and workshop/offsite materials
• Manage project trackers, MIS, internal documentation, and execution timelines
• Support social media strategy, content ideation, and brand-building initiatives through AI & innovative thinking
• Coordinate workshops, leadership interventions, and client-facing experiences

What We're Looking For

• 3-7 years of experience in management or people consulting (mandatory)
• Exposure to change management, transformation or alignment projects (mandatory)
• Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving ability
• High ownership and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Social media and content understanding is a strong plus
• Passion for understanding human behaviors, interest in wellness as a holistic approach, & solution driven for leadership interventions.
