Job Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate - SAP. This role is crucial in supporting our S4 HANA Functional - Delivery department and ensuring smooth SAP MM operations. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in SAP MM, with a focus on the procurement process and related SAP tables. They should be able to think functionally, analyze issues, and perform root cause analysis.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end understanding of SAP MM and the procurement process, including POs, receipts, and invoices.
- Analyze and troubleshoot SAP MM-related issues, performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth SAP MM operations and process improvements.
- Maintain and update SAP MM configurations and master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide functional support and guidance to team members, offering expertise and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP MM functionalities and industry trends, suggesting process enhancements.
- Document and communicate SAP MM processes, procedures, and best practices to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in SAP MM projects, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of new features or enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the SAP MM system, following data governance guidelines.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in SAP MM, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end SAP procurement process.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think functionally, identifying and resolving issues.
- Proficiency in SAP MM tables and the ability to navigate and interpret SAP data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new SAP functionalities and industry best practices.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in SAP MM or relevant SAP modules are an advantage.
- Experience in a consulting or implementation role is a plus.
- A passion for technology and a desire to contribute to innovative SAP solutions.
