About R&D:
The R&D organization at ANSR MedTech is being built to support the development, testing, and long-term sustainment of complex, regulated products used at global scale.
This team plays a critical role in engineering excellence, product quality, and operational reliability, working closely with global R&D leaders to deliver against well-defined technical standards, quality systems, and product outcomes.
Unlike a traditional offshore or support model, R&D in India is designed to take on meaningful ownership across the product lifecycle, particularly in areas where scale, focus, and execution discipline are essential.

Job Summary:
The Associate Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer supports the quality, reliability, and release readiness of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud through a combination of manual and foundational automation testing.
This role works under the guidance of senior QA engineers and collaborates with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Product Owners, and Business stakeholders to ensure Salesforce enhancements and fixes meet defined requirements and quality standards.
The Associate QA Engineer focuses on executing established QA processes, creating and maintaining test assets, and building automation skills while ensuring accurate documentation, test evidence, and timely defect resolution.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce QA Execution & Support:
- Execute manual test cases for Salesforce functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud based on approved requirements and user stories.
- Participate in requirement and design pre-reviews to understand testing scope and expected behavior.
- Validate Salesforce configuration changes including objects, Fields, workflows/flows, validation rules, page layouts, and Experience Cloud user access.
- Support regression and smoke testing for Salesforce releases and deployments.
Manual & Automated Test Development:
- Create and maintain manual test cases following defined QA standards and templates.
- Develop and maintain basic Salesforce test automation scripts under guidance from senior QA engineers.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze failures, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Identify repeatable scenarios suitable for automation and contribute to regression test coverage.
- Update automation scripts to align with Salesforce changes and releases.
Defect Tracking, Evidence & Documentation:
- Log defects with clear reproduction steps, test evidence, and expected results.
- Re-test resolved defects and confirm successful resolution.
- Maintain accurate QA records including test results, screenshots, and execution summaries.
- Ensure test artifacts are stored and maintained in approved QA tools and repositories.
QA Process, Tools & Learning:
- Follow established QA processes, SOPs, and testing standards.
- Support administration and day-to-day use of QA tools (test management, defect tracking, dashboards).
- Participate in QA training sessions related to Salesforce functionality, testing practices, and automation tools.
- Continuously build Salesforce platform knowledge and QA automation skills.
Release & UAT Support:
- Support Salesforce release readiness by executing assigned test cycles and reporting results.
- Assist with UAT coordination activities, including test execution support and issue tracking.
- Flag quality risks, defects, or gaps early and escalate to senior QA or project leadership.
Additional Duties:
- Support testing of Salesforce integrations and AppExchange products as assigned.
- Perform other QA-related duties to support business and quality objectives.
Education and Experience Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related Field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related technical role.
- Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM / enterprise business applications preferred.
- Interest in or initial exposure to test automation concepts.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Basic understanding of:
- Salesforce navigation and core functionality
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud concepts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined QA procedures.
- Ability to document test results clearly and accurately.
- Comfortable working in Agile or team-based delivery environments.
- Proficiency with standard productivity tools (documents, spreadsheets, reporting tools).
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to learn automation tools, frameworks, and Salesforce platform features.
Basic familiarity with:
- Salesforce objects, Fields, page layouts
- Profiles and permission sets
- Defect tracking or test management tools
- Automation basics such as UI or regression scripting (tool-agnostic).
Nice to have:
- Salesforce Administrator or QA-related coursework or certification (or in progress).
- Exposure to CI/CD concepts or automated test execution pipelines.
