Job Title: Associate - Sales
Location: Mumbai & Gurgaon (two positions)
Role Overview
The Associate Sales (Luxury & Commercial Sales) will be a key leader driving business development, investor engagement, and deal closures for this platform. The role demands a strong network within the HNI, wealth management, and family office ecosystem, coupled with proven expertise in luxury and commercial real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth
Deliver sales targets by originating and closing deals across luxury and commercial assets.
2. Client Acquisition
Build and grow relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and Wealth Managers.
3. Network Expansion
Leverage existing networks and forge new partnerships with private bankers, investment advisors, and global investor communities.
4. Sales Strategy
Drive investor roadshows, exclusive events, and targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads.
5. Deal Execution
Manage end-to-end deal cycles pitching, structuring, negotiation, and closure.
6. Market Insights:
Provide actionable intelligence on investor sentiment, competitive offerings, and emerging trends to sharpen sales strategy.
7. Brand Representation
Position RMZ as the partner of choice for wealth creation in Indian real estate.
