Role & responsibilities
- Sales Generation & Closing: Initiating calls to prospects, persuading them to buy, and finalizing purchases.
- Customer Engagement & Education: Explaining product features, benefits, and special offers, while answering questions.
- Relationship Building: Fostering long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Data Management & Recording: Updating CRM systems with accurate customer information, call notes, and order details.
- Target Achievement: Consistently hitting daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and call volume metrics.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to sell additional or higher-value products.
- Handling Objections & Complaints: Managing rejection professionally, resolving grievances, and troubleshooting issues.
- Script Adherence: Using established scripts to ensure consistent messaging while personalizing conversations.
Preferred candidate profile
- HSE and Above with good communication skills
- Fresher or experienced
- Ability to communicate effectively in Malayalam & English language
- Basic computer skill
