- Associates degree or higher in related field, with 2 years relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working in an international matrix organization.
- Demonstrated analytical ability.
- Experience in understanding user workflows and creating sustainable processes.
- Experience with creating differentiated offers and measuring differences and effectiveness of programs.
- Effective use of data to drive more complex decisions.

- Experience working with academic libraries and consortia.
- Strong understanding of the academic information market.
- Experience with project management or Lean concepts.
What Would You Be Doing In This Role
- Drives portfolio sales performance across regions through new sales and renewals, supporting major renewals in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
- Supports go-to-market initiatives by analyzing internal and external data to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and improve sales workflows.
- Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver actionable insights, high-value account planning, and standardized reporting.
- Manages prioritization of analysis requests and maintains visibility of ongoing projects.
- Owns success metrics and provides regular reporting on performance, impact, and progress.
