We are seeking a dynamic Associate Relationship Manager to join our team in Noida. This role is perfect for someone with 1-3 years of experience in the insurance sector, specializing in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and expanding customer relationships, specifically within the motor and general insurance domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development activities focusing on motor and general insurance products.
• Onboard new POSPs (Point of Sales Persons) and agents, ensuring thorough training and relationship management.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure customer engagement and retention.
• Achieve targeted sales goals while managing the assigned sales channel effectively.
• Analyze regional market trends to tailor approaches for maximum impact.

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of sales processes within the Insurance domain, particularly motor and general insurance products.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with POSPs or agents.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and retention mechanisms.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets through effective channel ownership.

Secondary Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively deal with clients and team members.
• Adept at training and mentoring new POSPs or agents, enhancing their productivity levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to resolve conflicts swiftly.
• Solid understanding of the regional market dynamics in Noida or similar areas.

This position requires the candidate to work in-office full-time as per standard business hours.
