• Handle Personalized Service Requests of Affluent (Solitaire) Customers and Deliver TAT.

• Coordinate with Internal Teams †CPC / RPC / Investment Desks for Execution of Service Requests of Affluent Customers.
• Manage Complaints and Ensure Resolution within TAT.
• Ensure Higher Customer Wallet Share through Service to Sales Cross-Sell and Deepening of Banking Relationship.
• Deliver Performance on Service-Quality Scorecard
• Visit Customers for Service Related and Profilers.
