Job Title: Associate Regional Head

Department: Agency - Business Partner

Location: Kolkata - Menaka Estate

CTC: Up to 25 LPA 

What are we looking for

- Experience in insurance sales, agency management, or distribution leadership

- Strong business acumen with proven experience in scaling teams

- Excellent people-management, coaching, and communication skills

- A passion for achieving results through people and partnerships

- Ability to lead from the front in a dynamic, performance-driven environment

Work Experience

8 to 12+ years 5+ years (Team handling of on roll employees as an FLL/SLL in current/past).

Candidate preferably should have an SLL experience of handling onroll team members at FLL.

Stable profile in the last 3 Org. stints is Mandatory.

Very good in English communication.

Expertise in sales team and partner/distributor management along with overall P&L management.
